Upon approval of new centres, TMG were required to despatch resource packs to help the centres run and promote themselves.

We set up a process to manage incoming details of approved centres using our advanced warehouse management IT system. As a result, order processing ran smoothly from day one, meaning there was no delay for centres to receive their resources.
Minimum stock levels were set to alert our client when minimum levels are reached and allow for a smooth replenishment process.
